What should I do if I am already dehydrated?
If you begin to feel dehydrated, the best thing to do is drink water with
electrolytes to quickly rehydrate your body. Simply add a pinch of salt to a
glass of water, or try hydrating supplements such as Emer'gen-C or
Ola Loa, both of which have added vitamins. Then rest in a cool place until
you feel your body return to normal. If you continue to feel faint or dizzy,
contact a doctor immediately.

What other steps can I take to stay healthy this fall?
Fall is also the season for colds and the flu. By staying properly hydrated,
you will strengthen your body's immune system, and ward off germs and
illness. It is also important to keep your neck warm. Since the neck has no
body fat, it is particularly susceptible to cold, which can weaken the immune
system. Most importantly, get plenty of sleep so that your mind and body
can properly refresh and re-energize! With the holidays right around the
corner, it's especially important to stay healthy now. Remember, it's easier
to prevent illness than to treat illness. So plan a season ahead, and take care
of yourself today!
