For more than 17 years, Dr. Chady F. Wonson, D.C., L.Ac., has been helping patients in the San Francisco Bay Area achieve and maintain pain-free, healthy lifestyles. Specializing in chiropractic care, acupuncture, acupressure, physiotherapy and herbal remedies, Dr. Wonson unites time-honored Eastern healing arts with modern Western medical knowledge to alleviate pain and restore vitality. This integrative, multidisciplinary approach to healing provides patients with access to many paths to greater emotional and physical well-being.
 Successfully established in private medical practice since 1986, Dr. Wonson has turned higher learning and continuing education into a life-long commitment. At Life Chiropractic College West in the San Francisco Bay Area, she successfully completed more than 450 hours of advanced medical study to earn her doctorate of chiropractic. Dr. Wonson is also a graduate of the Academy of Chinese Culture & Health Sciences, and has achieved national and state board certification in both acupuncture and herbal medicine.
To ensure that her patients continue to benefit from the most advanced medical knowledge and expertise, Dr. Wonson frequently attends highly specialized health care seminars and workshops, where she shares her knowledge with other recognized alternative and holistic medical authorities. In addition, she also teaches Western diagnosis techniques to accupuncture students at the Academy of Chinese Culture & Health Sciences. She is an active member of the California Chiropractic Association and the National Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Alliance.
Dr. Wonson is bilingual in English and Chinese. Professionally based in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District, she resides in Oakland, Calif. with her husband, cat and rabbit.
